User Accounts & Responsibility
● You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
● You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
● Wall of Sharings reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Community Conduct
Users agree to:
● Treat all members with respect and dignity
● Communicate honestly and politely
● Use the platform for sharing only
Users must NOT:
● Harass, threaten, or exploit others
● Discriminate based on race, religion, gender, or background
● Post false, misleading, or harmful content
No Buying, Selling, or Reselling
Wall of Sharings is strictly for free sharing.
The following are prohibited:
● Selling or buying items
● Asking for money, fees, or favors
● Reselling items received through the platform
Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
No Off-Platform Solicitation
To protect user safety and platform integrity:
● Users may not invite others to communicate or transact on external platforms
● Sharing links, phone numbers, emails, or social media handles outside the platform is not allowed
● Attempts to move conversations off-platform will be removed
Repeated violations may result in permanent account ban.
Safety & Personal Responsibility
● Wall of Sharings does not conduct background checks
● Users arrange exchanges at their own discretion
● Meetings should take place in public or safe locations
● Users are encouraged to use courier services when appropriate
Wall of Sharings is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from user interactions.
Content Ownership & Usage
● Users retain ownership of content they post
● By posting content, you grant Wall of Sharings a non-exclusive right to display it on the platform
● Content that violates guidelines may be removed without notice
Moderation & Enforcement
Wall of Sharings reserves the right to:
● Review, edit, or remove content
● Investigate reports and complaints
● Suspend or permanently ban users
Decisions made for community safety are final.
Limitation of Liability
Wall of Sharings provides the platform “as is.”
We do not guarantee:
● Item quality or condition
● Successful exchanges
● User behavior

Account Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if a user:

● Engages in harmful or suspicious behavior
● Repeatedly ignores platform warnings
No compensation will be provided for suspended or terminated accounts.
Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
